Starting The Dream

So this is me! Rachel! Starting my blog and embarking on my career, whoop!

So picture the ambition:

It's hot, it's sunny, it's loud, hustles and bustles, people with headsets, people with clipboards, murmurs and chatters, squeals and shouts, crying and laughing, the first limo arrives... a pedicured foot emerges, perched perfectly on a 5-inch diamante stiletto heel, places itself on the red carpet, flashes all around, note her ball-gown to match, fitted, sparkly, feathery, perfect, polished fingers clutch a shimmering bag, immaculate hair, beauty, winning white smile, snaps of cameras, shouts, 'over here', 'look this way', walking gracefully across the glamorous carpet, coming across a journalist presenter with a microphone and a camera ... "We're live in the UK, tell us about your Oscar nomination tonight..."
